This study aims to describe the implementation of the Islamic religious education teacher working group (KKG) in improving the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Ciemas District, Sukabumi Regency. The research data were obtained by interviewing, observing and studying the documentation with the technique of checking the validity of the data using triangulation. From the results of the study, it was found that there were very few PAI teachers at SD Ciemas District, Sukabumi Regency who were touched in the process of increasing professional competence, this was due to the large number of teachers who were appointed not according to their educational qualifications. The research results show that the role of the teacher working group and its implementation in increasing the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers at SD Ciemas District, Sukabumi Regency can be seen in the intensity of activities carried out, such as activities in order to increase learning effectiveness, increase creativity and skills as well as activities that increase teacher knowledge and insight Islamic education.

This study aims to: (1) describe the management planning of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City. (2) Describe the implementation of the management of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning at MTs Amal Islami in Sukabumi City. (3) Describe the evaluation of the implementation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning management at MTs Amal Islami, Sukabumi City. (4) Describe the factors inhibiting the implementation of the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami, Sukabumi City. (5) Describe the supporting factors for the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami in Sukabumi City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subject was the Head of the Al-Qur'an MTs Amal Islami Program in Sukabumi City. The informants in the study were the Principal, Waka Curriculum, Al-Qur'an Teachers and Students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation of data and sources. Data analysis used interactive methods consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) planning management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City has been clearly formulated by determining the learning objectives of tahfidz Al-Qur'an to improve school quality; set the standard for learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an; building good cooperation with school principals, Al-Qur'an program heads, teachers, students and parents to achieve maximum targets and results; compile the steps for learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an; and compile the learning tools for the tahfidz Al-Qur'an. (2) Implementation of learning management for tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City is carried out through preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. So that preparation in learning activities can be delivered as planned, (3) Evaluation of the management of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at Mts Amal Islami, Sukabumi City is carried out by the principal of the madrasa and the head of the Al-Qur'an program in the form of upgrading and supervision activities. learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an; carry out the assessment mechanism for learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an at MTs Amal Islami Sukabumi City according to the stages; and make a book report on the evaluation of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an (Raport).

This study found that the planning of ritual and social worship habituation programs is carried out by setting goals, strategies, budgets and implementing programs. Program implementation is carried out by planning, practicing, environment, discipline enforcement. Supervision is carried out intensively by rolling for imams to pray among existing teachers, while to maintain cleanliness, there is always the cleanest class selection activity every week.

Noble character values, such as honesty, impressionism, togetherness, and religion, are eroded by foreign cultures that tend to be hedonistic, materialistic, and individualistic, so that the values of those characters are no longer considered important and contrary to the objectives to be obtained. This study aims to analyze a) Implementation of character education of love for God, responsibility, discipline, respect and courtesy, b) Religious extracurricular activities c) Inhibitory factors and support the implementation of religious extracurricular activities; d) The influence of religious extracurricular activities in Smp Islam Terpadu Insan Mandiri Sukabumi in shaping the character of students. Research using qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, documentation studies and observations with data sources in addition to PAI teachers, principals, and students. The findings are that the character that wants to be formed by SMP IT Insan Mandiri is a) the character of Love For God, b) Responsibility, c) Discipline, d) Respect, d) Santun through religious extracurricular activities: a) Dhuha Prayer and reading the Qur'an before the learning process begins, , b) Congregational prayer, c) Youth Mosque, d) Nasyid, and e) Mabit (Night of Bina Iman and Taqwa). The conclusion is that extra-curricular religious activities directly or indirectly can have a positive impact on changes in student character if done repeatedly (repetation) and continuously (continoues).

In essence, service is a series of activities which is a process. As the service process takes place regularly and continuously covering the entire life of people in society, the process of meeting needs through the activities of other people. To meet user satisfaction, it is necessary to measure service quality. Service quality as an overall service evaluation is carried out through performance comparisons made with the general expectations of users. With the measurement of service quality, agencies can find out the level of satisfaction of service users and can improve services in the future, especially the world of education. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of sympathetic services in MAN throughout Sukabumi Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Based on the research results, the better the transformational leadership style, teacher performance, and the implementation of teacher professional allowance payments, the better the effectiveness of the application of Simpatika services. Conversely, the worse the transformational leadership style, teacher performance, and the implementation of teacher professional allowance payments, the worse the effectiveness of Simpatika service implementation. Therefore, transformational leadership style, teacher performance, and implementation of teacher professional allowances, have a positive direct effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of sympathetic services in MAN throughout Sukabumi Regency.
